Please apply to visit and trial on whatever day is convenient for you.

※When applying to try out a class, you can choose the lesson in which you would like to participate.

Participating in a lesson on a trial basis
- Trial participation fee: ¥2,000 yen per lesson (not including tax)
The number of trial lessons is limited to one per person.
※When eating a meal before participating in a trial lesson,
we recommend finishing eating about two hours before the start of the lesson.

- Clothing tops and bottoms that are easy to move in (Rental items are available.)
- Change of clothes (underwear, inner wear, etc.)
- Towel for wiping sweat, towel for showering, toiletries, etc.
- At least 500 ml of water (Water is sold at the facility.)
