There are three ways to make a reservation to join JOYFIT.
Flow of making a reservation to join via telephone
If you visit one of our stores directly, you can join right away.
Search for nearby stores offering and select the one that you would like to join.
Once you have decided on a store, please call that store directly.
(Please note that the reception hours vary from one store to another. Please be sure to check the webpage of the relevant store in advance.)

Items to bring
The items needed for member registration are as follows.
Please bring the following items to the front desk.
1.Identity document ※1
2.Bank or postal savings ATM card bearing your name
3.Bankbook for withdrawals
4.Seal associated with bankbook for withdrawals
※1 This can be a driver’s license, insurance card, passport, basic resident register card, or alien registration card.
(Form of identification showing your “name,” “address,” and “date of birth.”) If the person joining is a minor,
a guardian needs to apply on his or her behalf. In this case,
an identity document of the guardian is needed.
*The items to bring may vary from one store to another. Please check with the store where you will be joining.
Flow of making a reservation to join via the internet
You can register in advance whenever it is convenient for you. Please feel free to complete your registration procedures in advance.
Search for nearby stores offering and select the one that you would like to join.
Please register the required information on the store’s “making a reservation to join” webpage.
※After you have registered this information, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your reservation is complete. Please visit the store and carry out the procedures there by the deadline in order to complete your formal membership registration.

Flow of simple member registration with a credit card
“Simple member registration with a credit card” is a service that makes it possible to complete the registration
procedures related to the financial institution that you would like to register your the store, on the internet in advance.
If no staff members are available, the guidance information of the store can be viewed on the internet.
It is also possible to see the terms of service.
*After you have registered your information, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your procedures have been completed.
Issuance of membership card, please visit the store by the deadline stated in your application.
*Please note that members under certain membership classifications are not able to use this service.
